Returns & Exchanges Policy
Iowa Gun Shop accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Serialized firearms that have been transferred through an FFL cannot be returned once the 4473 is executed.
- Non-serialized items (accessories, ammunition, parts): 30-day return window, buyer pays return shipping unless defective
- Serialized firearms: must be unfired and in original box; return must be initiated before pickup at the FFL
- Defective items: contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery — we cover return shipping and expedited replacement
- Refund timeline: 7-10 business days to original payment method after inspection
Non-Returnable Items
- Ammunition after it has shipped
- Firearms that have been fired
- Items damaged by modification or improper maintenance
